What formulas are provided for the reservation?

You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date and the deposit paid will be paid as a voucher for your next holiday at the Mec Paestum Hotel. When booking, you will find our dedicated rates with all the information to book in peace and flexibility.

How does online check-in work?

Among the various measures taken by our structure, you can check-in directly from your smartphone three days before arrival. You will find in your email all the indications for entering data in safety and simplicity.

How will the rooms be sanitized?

We have adopted all the sanitation and disinfection protocols for the cleaning of the rooms, with specific procedures for sanitation before the arrival of each guest and particular attention to the high-touch areas (frequently touched)

What measures are planned for the restaurant?

The first is that the menu will also be digital. We have converted all paper menus to digital, to offer you a new customer experience and avoid waste for an increasingly eco-sustainable and safe vision.

In our restaurants we will ensure the safety distance between guests sitting at the tables. Room service and delivery to the pool through telematic systems will be encouraged.

Will the pools be usable?

Our beautiful pools will be open. We will limit access to ensure compliance with the new maximum capacity.

Can I access the beach?

Sure. Our partner beach, 150 meters from the hotel, will apply the distancing measures provided so that you can fully experience the fantastic golden beaches of Paestum.
